Sam Quinn
Corporate Controller

Sam is the Corporate Controller at Replay. He brings with him over a decade of finance and accounting experience from his time working for the ‘Big-4’ accounting firms in the U.K. More recently, Sam, has been involved in a number of capital market transactions within the biotech industry, including the dual-listing of a pre-clinical biotech company, based out of Boston, MA. Sam also has extensive knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (and IFRS), PCAOB auditing standards and the requirements of SOX for internal controls over financial reporting.

Sam became an associate member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 2016 and previously obtained a Bachelor of Science from Durham University, U.K.
